Dr. Brian Kauth


Prior to completing his residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, Dr. Kauth received his medical degree from Albany (NY) Medical College. He is board certified in Family Medicine and is a member of both the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and the American Academy of Family Physicians. He enjoys spending his free time with his two children, Wayne and Saphire, along with playing golf, tennis, scuba diving, and skiing.

Dr. Jacques Moua


Dr. Jacques Moua grew up in Albemarle, NC and received a B.S. in Biological Life Science from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC, where he was the valedictorian.  He attended medical school at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.  Jacques completed his family medicine residency training at Northeast Medical Center in Concord, NC.  With background knowledge in the Hmong language and culture, Dr. Moua is ready to extend his service to the area.  He enjoys tennis, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Gale Hamilton-Brandon





A native of North Carolina, Dr. Gale Hamilton-Brandon received her medical degree from East Carolina University SOM. She completed her Family Practice Internship/Residency at Duke/FAHEC in Fayetteville, NC. Dr. Hamilton-Brandon is board certified in Family Medicine. In her leisure time, Dr. Hamilton-Brandon enjoys photography, outdoor leisure activities and spending time with family.

Jennifer Ramos, RN, MSN, FNP-C


Jennifer received her Associates Degree in Nursing in 2005 from Edison Community College in Fort Myers, FL. Her RN experience includes working in palliative care at Hope Hospice of Southwest Florida and caring for postpartum patients, including those at high risk, at Golf Coast Hospital, both in Fort Myers, FL. She received her Masters Degree in Nursing in 2012 from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, KY.
